I keep hitting my big red button (no that's not code for anything) and it doesn't seem to be working. I'm going to request a pre-approved script from this point forward.
BTW... a Life Size Trophy Print of the "world record" muskie might be an interesting project. What do you guys think?
Great show Jamie! Though I disagree that releasing the bass was an "admirable" move. They simply didn't realize that accidental snagging still counts as a record. Not sure that I'd be comfortable with the notoriety if it was me, but I'd sure be comfortable with a million dollars. This particular fish served its purpose in life, and when its all said and done- its still a fish. ; )
Good point Mike C, But..from what i've been hearing the law in Cali states that if it's snagged it's not eligible as being defined as a "catch" legally. Today the guys who caught it said they've been looking on the internet and have found that people are split 50/50, so they're not even going to turn in the paperwork on it. They're confident that they'll get the record with a 100% doubt-free rating by the general public. Probably a good move. My muskie fishing partner is Rich Delaney, president of the World record Muskie Alliance, and i can tell you from first hand knowledge that you wouldn't want to be the guy holding the bag on a record that has people spilt 50/50. Just ask Louis Spray.

Jamie, I've asked Louis Spray over and over again and he just won't answer my questions... what is his problem?
He's not dead, he just smells funny.
But seriously. Try the veal!
